Mental Maintenance LLC was established in January of 2022. With the pandemic still in full effect, Erica felt there was something that needed to be done to ease the stresses of daily life. She understood that people not only need to release stress for their own mental health, but that at a time of so much stress, it was also a time to come together as families, friends, coworkers, and a community.

Being a first time mom and always looking for a place to take her son and elderly parents for pictures in a fun and safe environment, she decided to combine both concepts while also bringing mental health awareness to light. The idea of a smash room along with different outlets and resources to improve one’s mental health and photo opportunities for individuals, partners, families, friends, and coworkers would be a little something for everyone. And based on her teaching background, true team building at Mental Maintenance LLC will be a fun, unique, and creative experience for all.
